Terms of Service
These are the terms for using Horasat Thai. They take effect on October 3, 2026.
About the service
Horasat Thai (the Service) is operated by MONDAY. Drawing on the Thai birth-weekday tradition, it offers self-reflection and entertainment content that helps you look inward and talk with friends. The birth-day result, weekday star stories, today’s color and guides are free, and the personal digital report My Star Atlas is sold separately. The content is not a prediction of the future or a personality diagnosis, and it is not medical, legal or financial advice.
Accounts and sign-in
You can view free results without signing up. Saving results and reopening purchased reports require the shared 32personas sign-in (Google or Kakao). Use your account only for yourself and don’t share your sign-in details. You can leave the Horasat service from the account screen, and data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Paid report: My Star Atlas
My Star Atlas is a personal digital report built by calculating celestial positions from your birth date, time and city, sold as a one-time purchase. The current price is US$3.90 before tax, and depending on where you live, tax may be added on the final checkout screen. Payment is processed by the external payment service Polar, which receives your email, payment and billing details. Once payment is confirmed, you can reopen the report as it was when you bought it from the purchasing account, and we won’t quietly change the interpretation of a report you already own when a new version is released. Please confirm the final price and what is included on the checkout screen.
Refunds and payment questions
Once you have opened the report after payment, a change of mind is not refundable. If the report was not delivered, differs from what was described, or was charged twice, we handle it as the law requires. Payment is processed by Polar as the Merchant of Record, and Polar's buyer terms and your card issuer's dispute process may also apply. For payment errors or a report that will not open, email support@mymonday.ai with your order number.
Intellectual property
The text, illustrations, design and structure of the Service belong to MONDAY or the rightful owners. You’re welcome to share your result card personally. Without prior consent, you may not copy, distribute or resell it commercially, or scrape it automatically for use in another service. Traditional terms and placements are based on public sources, and rights in those source materials remain with their owners.
User conduct
Don’t use someone else’s account or misuse a payment method. Don’t send excessive automated requests that disrupt the Service, bypass security measures, or publish others’ birth dates or other personal information without consent. We may restrict use if we confirm such conduct.
Disclaimer
The content is for self-reflection and entertainment. Don’t base decisions about health, money, law or relationships on a result, and consult a professional when needed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability may be limited for inconvenience caused by events we can’t reasonably control, such as natural disasters or outages at external services (payment, sign-in, hosting).
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we post them on this page with the effective date, and we also note important changes in the Service. If you keep using the Service after a change, you’re treated as having accepted the updated terms.
Questions and disputes
Send questions about these terms or the Service to support@mymonday.ai. If a dispute arises, we’ll first try to resolve it by email, and otherwise it will be handled under applicable law.
Buying and opening reports
You can buy a personal report without signing in. If you buy without signing in, access is saved as a cookie in the browser where you started the payment, and you can reopen the report in that browser. Clearing cookies or switching browsers can cost you that access. In that case we can email a link, usable once within 24 hours, to the email you paid with, and if you are signed in you can also keep a purchased report in your account. A payment counts as complete only on confirmation from the payment provider; returning from the payment screen alone does not grant access. Please use a recovery link only if you are the buyer. Order records (order number, product, amount, the payment provider’s order number and timestamps) are kept for 5 years as the law requires. Buying My Star Atlas and saving results still require signing in.
